SM Entertainment has announced that they will extend SHINee's activities for another week. SHINee will still participate in music programs before they embark on their The First Japan Arena Tour SHINee World 2012. SHINee will also comeback in the later half of 2012 with an album.
An SM Entertainment representative shared, “Although SHINee’s original plan was to promote ‘Sherlock’ in Korea for 4 weeks, due to popular demand, we have decided to add another week. We are glad to hold another week of promotions based on the love and support of Korean fans.”SHINee, after making a comeback to Korea after a year and half, planned to hold a short promotional activity period of four weeks due to their Japan tour beginning at the end of April. To show their gratitude towards their Korean fans, the group has decided to hold an extra week of promotional activities just before their departure to Japan.SHINee will be performing in 'The First Japan Arena Tour: SHINee WORLD 2012' at Fukuoka, Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, Tokyo, and Hiroshima in Japan. They will then return back to Korea withtheir new studio album towards the second half of the year
