{NEWS}B1A4 releases PV for Japanese debut version of "Beautiful Target"

As announced in April, B1A4 is set to make their Japanese debut on June 27th with their first single, “Beautiful Target,” which will be followed by promotional events at the end of June. The single will be released in three different versions and will include a b-side song, “Chu Chu Chu.”

Earlier in the day, the PV for the song was finally released. Although the PV once again features the familiar “dog leg dance,” it has a different storyline compared to the Korean MV. Instead, the story revolves around leader Jinyoung who has fallen in love at first sight. Instead of using conventional methods to win the girl of his dreams, he attempts to create a love potion to make her fall in love with him, testing it out on the other B1A4 members during the process.

Soon after their debut in Korea last year, B1A4 released the same debut album, “Let’s Fly,” in Japan. With rumored jacket photos for their first Japanese single release surfacing online in late September 2011, it was announced that B1A4 would be debuting in Japan under Pony Canyon. Already proving their popularity with tickets selling out one minute after sales opened, B1A4 held their first Japanese showcase and press conference in December 2011, followed by a release of their “LET’S FLY/it B1A4 DOUBLE PACK -JAPAN SPECIAL EDITION-” album. In addition to the upcoming release of their debut single, “Beautiful Target,” B1A4 will also be releasing the Japanese edition of “Ignition,” which will feature the same songs but will also include a DVD of “Baby I’m Sorry.”

What did you think of the Japanese PV for “Beautiful Target”? Did you like the Korean MV or the Japanese PV more? B1A4 is currently promoting “Baby Goodnight” from their re-packaged “The B1A4 Ignition Special Edition” album, having just made their return on music shows last week.
