[NEWS]‘KBS Music Festival’ achieves highest viewer rating during ‘Idol Super Band’ stage

It has been revealed that project male group ‘Idol Super Band‘s performance at the ‘KBS Music Festival‘ became the most-watched moment of the entire show.

According to TNmS (Total National Multimedia Statistics), the December 28th broadcast achieved an average viewer rating of 10.8%. The first part achieved 11%, while the second part slightly dropped in viewer ratings to 10.6%. Overall, the high anticipation for the music festival brought a 4.1% increase in ratings from the average 6.7% for its time slot the previous week.

‘Idol Super Band’ consisted of 2AM’s Jinwoon and INFINITE’s L on the guitar, SHINee’s Taemin on the keyboard, CNBLUE’s Minhyuk on the drums, B1A4’s Jinyoung on the bass, and SHINee’s Jonghyun, B2ST’s Yoseob, and 2AM’s Changmin as the vocalists. Their performance became the highlight of the show, achieving a high 16.6% viewer rating.

It was also revealed that the show brought in a large female demographic as 14.5% of the viewers were female teenagers, 10.2% were women in their 40s, and 8.0% were women in their 30s.

CNBLUE Minhyuk brought laughter to viewers as he confessed that he has an insecurity about his behind.
On June 7th, Minhyuk guest starred on KBS‘ ‘Happy Together 3‘ and discussed his insecurity by sharing, “I get a lot of stress for not having much of a butt.”
He added, “When I sit on people’s laps, they tell me not to because it hurts.”

The episode humored the viewers when Minhyuk proceeded to demonstrate by sitting on the laps of some of the MCs and other guests on the show, who started screaming as soon as he sat down.
Meanwhile, this week’s ‘Happy Together’ featured stars from the drama ‘You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly‘.

{NEWS}CNBLUE’s Kang Min Hyuk goes out with Park Ha Sun?

CNBLUE’s Kang Min Hyuk, who plays the role of Cha Se Kwang in popular weekend series My Husband Got a Family, recently performed with actress Park Ha Seon.

Kang, who is loved by Oh Yeon Seo (plays the role Mal Sook) in the series, is getting a lot of attention by performing with beautiful actress Park in a music video for new diva Juniel’s title song “Illa Illa.” A teaser for the music video was released on June 1 at midnight.
Juniel is only and first female solo from FNC Entertainment. She is a Korean singer-songwriter, who was born in 1993 and will debut on June 7.

Because of her name, many people were wondering about her nationality. Juniel’s Korean name is Choi Jun Hee and she won first place on Niziiro Supernova in Japan in 2010. She released her Japanese mini album Ready Go in 2011 and debuted as a singer in Japan. She released her single Forever in November, 2011, and her second single Sakura in February, 2012, in Japan. She is a singer-songwriter, who plays the guitar and sings at the same time. She will hold a debut showcase in Korea on June 7.

The teaser video, which was released on YouTube and Juniel’s official website on June 1 at midnight, is receiving an explosive response from all over the world. Many people are already supporting Juniel’s mysterious tone and unique atmosphere.
The full version of the music video will be released on June 7. Her first Korean mini album My First June will also be released on the same day.

CN Blue’s drummer Min Hyuk is currently receiving favorable reviews from the viewers for his acting.

In KBS 2TV’s drama series My Husband Got a Family, Min Hyuk recently got laughs from the viewers by perfectly portraying a character who fears women who are older than him.
In the series, Min Hyuk is playing the role of playboy Cha Se Kwang. He’s usually chic and cool. However, whenever he sees his older sister Yoon Hee (played by Kim Nam Joo), he suddenly becomes her cute youngest brother.
In the 23rd episode of the series that aired on May 12, Yoon Hee chased Se Kwang by car. In the scene, Min Hyuk perfectly portrayed the character scared by his sister.
Min Hyuk is actually having a sister who is three years older than him. He says, “I was really afraid of my sister when I was a child. I think of that time a lot.”
Min Hyuk also says, “My sister is like a friend of mine now. We’re so close that there is no secret between us.”

C.N.BLUE’s Kang Min Hyuk seems to be enjoying some limelight for his flair for playing the drum.
Appearing in KBS2’s weekend series Unexpected You as Cha Se Gawng, Kang Min Hyuk showed off his talent for playing the drum in the series.
Recently shooting the scene in a club, Kang gave a lively boost to exhausted crew members on the set by giving the fantastic drum performance.
Also, Kang looks fabulous yet natural in a white shirt and black jacket.
The person who showed the greatest interests in Kang’s drum-playing scene was lead in the series Yoo Jun Shang, appearing in the series as Gwi Nam. Yoo even asked him to teach how to play the drum.
The C.N.BLUE member stated, “I’m a drummer in real. It was a new experience to me to play the drum in a series. I wanted to do it well, and I feel pleased to see the crew members like the performance.”

The episode airs on May 12, at 7:55 p.m.

CNBLUE's Kang Minhyuk, who was previously reported to be participating in a weekend drama series on KBS, has been spotted filming in a club in Hongdae, South Korea.

For the seventh episode of the weekend drama "My Husband Got a Family," Kang Minhyuk participated in the filming for four hours at Club M2 in Hongdae, Seoul. The filming took place in the early morning on the 13th of March. He was spotted filming for a club scene, complete with black leather jacket and denim jeans.

Kang Minhyuk will play the role of Cha Saekwang, the younger brother of Kim Namjoo's role, and was previously described as a charming playboy.

When asked about the filming, Kang Minhyuk revealed that, “I had shot more than 50 scenes in the noisy club, but I didn’t realize the time passed. I got dizzy."

Later on, he confessed that, “I went to America for the joint concert of CNBLUE and FT Island a few days ago. I watched and studied ‘My Husband Got a Family’ during my stay. I thought about how to make my first appearance impressive and had a lot of practice. Yonghwa hyung, who has a lot of acting experiences, kept me company with my practice so I could concentrate on acting.”

Minhyuk's club scene will be included in the seventh episode, which aired today.
