{NEWS} SHINee's "Sherlock" makes Youtube's list of most-watched K-Pop videos for the first half of the year

On July 16, Youtube announced a list of the global Top 10 most-watched K-Pop videos for the first half of 2012.

SHINee's 'Sherlock' ranks eighth in the chart, with over nine million views and a hundred thousand 'likes' to date. When the dance version is taken into account, SHINee's 'Sherlock' racks up a total of roughly 11.5 million views.

From the statistics, we can see a range of viewer locations -- North America, Asia, Australia, as well as some parts of South America and the Middle East! The video is most popular among women from age 13-34.

An official stated, "K-Pop has become a genre of music that is listened to globally. We hope that through Youtube, we will be able to spread the word of K-Pop even more."
