{NEWS} Did SMTOWN World Tour III Jakarta Leave 40,000 Ticketed Fans Satisfied?

About 40,000 dedicated fans of SMTOWN were present at SMTOWN World Tour III Jakarta Concert at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium Senayan. This did not include fans who were enjoying the concert without being seated inside, who instead crowded around the perimeter of the stadium. This is the first ever Indonesia stop for the world tour to arrive to the city. Fans for BoA, Kangta, TVXQ!, Super Junior, SHINee, Girls Generation, f(x), and EXO gathered both with tickets and a mobbing crowd who kept singing along outside the stadium gates just to hear the music out loud from the outdoor venue.

SMTOWN Jakarta was a great finish and success for promoters MP Entertainment and W Productions in association with DreamMaker and SM Entertainment; the concert started on time at 6:30PM and ended at 10:10PM for the artistes had to catch their plane back to Seoul.

The stadium lit up with fireworks, water fountains and the flying off of pink balloons, an SMTOWN signature for its concert ending with their official color.

Police and organizers had not expected enough of a big crowd and transportation jam it had created that made a domino effect to the CBD area of the city. The security lagged and the venue was a mess prior to the concert. However, that did not stop all fans to tread to all possible places they can get close to the area.

An explosive positive response from the fans didn’t stop right there. As satisfied and “very tired and hot” as they were last night, prior to the ending of the concert where fans gathered out to return home, the conversation of SMTOWN World Tour’s next stop in Singapore came about where they “plan to hopefully visit the country to watch” coming this November. That sums up how K-pop hardcore fans will never be satisfied with just one show!
