[NEWS]SHINee ranks as the top-selling Korean artist in Japan for October with "Dazzling Girl"

October was a month with lots of Korean artist releases in Japan, as the charts are speckled with releases by SHINee, BEAST, T-ARA and B1A4 among others.

SHINee takes the crown in last month's sales for Korean artists in Japan as their newest single "Dazzling Girl" sold 109,032 copies since its release date on October 10th. The song shot them to the 4th spot on the monthly single rankings. Following them in 8th place is KARA with their single "Electric Boy." It sold 70,161 copies. On the 21st spot in the rankings, we can find BEAST's "Midnight" which sold 25,409 copies. Supernova's leader Yoonhak is just three spots below with his second solo single, "Waiting 4 You."

[NEWS]SHINee holds their place with "Dazzling Girl" ranking at second on the weekly Oricon Chart

SHINee are currently attracting a lot of attention in Japan with their new single.
According to the Oricon Chart issued on October 18, SHINee’s fifth single, “Dazzling Girl,” which was released on October 10, sold a total of 97,111 copies and ranked second on the weekly chart.

It also ranked second earlier on October 10 (the first day of the single’s release), selling a total of 55,543 copies.

“Dazzling Girl” is characterized by a stylish beat and a lively melody. Jeff Miyahara, who has made songs for such popular Japanese singers as JUJU and Nishino Kana, produced the single, and the world-renowned dance team Sit Kings participated in it.

SHINee will hold a special event from November 1 in five cities of Japan for people who bought the single. In December, they will also hold fan meetings at the Osaka Castle Hall in Osaka and Makuhari Messe in Chiba.

[NEWS]SHINee releases the full music video for new single "Dazzling Girl"

SHINee has released the full music video for "Dazzling Girl."
After releasing both a teaser and a short version of their new Japanese single "Dazzling Girl", SHINee has finally released the full music video.

In the music video, the members of SHINee give the main female of the video a makeover to make her the 'dazzling girl' they see her as. At the end of the music video they trade places, the girl is in the room that the members of SHINee started the music video in, and the members of SHINee are now on a couch sitting below the mirror shaped like the letter D.

SHINee has been quite successful in Japan with "Dazzling Girl", ranking number one for two days on the Oricon Chart. SHINee released their first Japanese album, The First, back in December of 2011. SHINee recently released "Dazzling Girl" on October 10.

SHINee announced their holding of the "Dazzling Girl SPECIAL SHOWCASE" at Zepp Hall in Osaka on November 2, in Tokyo on November 8, and in Nagoya on November 12.
