[NEWS] CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun Finally Gets his Revenge on SHINee’s Jonghyun

After quietly planning for the perfect scheme, CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun succeeded in pranking his good friend, Jonghyun of SHINee.
On January 17, Lee Jong Hyun tweeted, “Hello. It's guitarist Jonghyun. I have finally succeeded in my revenge that I had waited for. Pft kekeke it's my revenge for Diablo. Kekekekekekeke Kim Jonghyun, I'm sorry kekekeke”

Lee Jong Hyun uploaded a short video of himself delivering CN Blue’s newest ‘album’ to the SHINee member.

Jonghyun innocently posed with the album, brightly smiling, not even noticing that instead of CN Blue’s picture, there was a hand drawn picture of the members.

But when he found snacks instead of a CD inside, Jonghyun started laughing, saying things like “Do you want to die?” “Are you kidding me?” and “I knew something was weird about the cover.”

Jonghyun later tweeted, "Thanks CNB!!^^^^^^^^^^!!!!!! pic.twitter.com/1WiLoOwv" (T/N: The way he shortened CNBLUE sounds like a curse.)

Back in May of 2012, SHINee’s Jonghyun played a prank on CN Blue’s Lee Jong Hyun, promising to buy him a copy of the popular online game Diablo.

But what Lee Jong Hyun received was a box of Korean cookies, wrapped up in Jonghyun's Sherlock poster, personally hand-drawn on by Jonghyun to look like the game Diablo.

EG: Seems that you are very close to singer SHINee’s Jonghyun? I saw the recent Diablo 3 incident on twitter. Haha
A: Ahhh, (Seems like the memory of this incident caused him to burst out into laughter and used his hand to pat his forehead) My manager told me on the eve of my birthday that Jonghyun tweeted something funny, so I called him. He said he has bought ‘Diablo 3′ for my birthday and will pass it to me tomorrow. I thought it is real and thank him and told him that I have stopped gaming recently as I am too busy with my work. And now, what should I do with his gift.
Yet when I opened the package, it turned out to be glutinous rice pie. (EG: Is the wrapper Jonghyun’s poster?) Yes, I questioned if he was joking with me and wanted to crush that wrapper and it turned out to be his poster. However, he really bought it online and gave it to me.

EG: Are you two close because you have the same name?
A: I guess this should be the main reason. I found out later that he is a friend of my friend. We have bumped to each other during schedules but still not really close. After that my friend called and asked whether we are close. I was afraid that if I have said that we are close, it may be awkward and I replied,’ not very close’ After that Jonghyun called immediately and shouted, ‘Yah, we are not close? I replied,’ Ah, okay, we are close.’ Then he replied,’ Not okay, we are not close at all!’ He is really funny and like to joke around, but when he comes to singing, he will sing earnestly. We become closer when we chatted about music as he was previously in band as well.

{NEWS}CNBLUE’s Lee Jong Hyun speaks in fluent Japanese on TV

CNBLUE’s Lee Jong Hyun, who appears on SBS’s series A Gentleman’s Dignity, recently showed off his fluent Japanese skills and drew a lot of attention.
Lee, who appeared on a TV series for the first time, plays the role of a man who was born in the United States and raised in Japan. In the June 23 and 24 episodes of the series, Lee spoke in fluent Japanese and impressed the audience.

Lee said, “I lived in Japan with CNBLUE members while performing there. I learned Japanese at the time and that helped me perform in the series a lot.”
He added, “I prepared hard for the scene with a Japanese teacher and I don’t know what to do for all the praises. I lacked in many things but I’ll do my best to give the best performance.”

[NEWS] 120525 “Dr. JIN” vs. “Gentleman”

Two new dramas are coming to entertain the weekend at the same time.

MBC drama “Dr. JIN” and SBS “A Gentleman’s Dignity” starting on the 26th at 9:50Pm are the two.

“Dr. JIN” which is about a neurosurgeon who crosses over to the Chosun times to spread his medical talents and “A Gentleman’s Dignity” which is written by genius in comedy Kim Eun-sook and produced by Sin Woo-cheol are highly competitive dramas.

“Dr. JIN” is based on a popular comic using the similar subject as “The Rooftop Prince” and tvN’s “Queen In-hyun’s Man” about traveling through time. Lee Beom-soo, Song Seung-heon, Park Min-yeong and other legendary artists make up the cast and is supported by Lee So-yeon, Kim Jae-joong,Kim Eung-soo, Jeong Eun-pyo, Lee Won-jong and others.

There are funny situations where a modern day doctor crosses over to the modern times and also serious scenes where Dr. JIN Hyeok (Song Seung-heon) fights to save a life.

“A Gentleman’s Dignity” is written by Kim Eun-sook who’s created continuous hits in a row and produced by Sin Woo-cheol. It is also looked forward to as much as it is Jang Dong-gun and Kim Ha-neul‘s come back to dramas.

This drama is about the sweet and various romances displayed by 4 men in their late 30s to early 40s who have all been through first loves and sweet loves.

It is hard to tell which drama will laugh without taking a look in. It is up to the viewers to select which one they will watch between “Dr. JIN” and “A Gentleman’s Dignity“.
