{NEWS} Shinhwa's Andy betrays his own group for SHINee?

The youngest member Andy has betrayed his own group Shinhwa by becoming a member of SHINee.

In the June 9th broadcast of jTBC’s “Shinhwa Broadcast”, Shinhwa and SHINee will compete against each other for the second half of “Guest Channel – Shinhwa & SHINee”.
On last week’s episode, Shinhwa and SHINee competed on badminton and vaulting races, in which Shinhwa stole SHINee’s Taemin while SHINee stole Shinhwa’s Andy. For the third competition is the fierce ‘King chicken fight’ game.

King chicken fight is about defeating King chicken and Andy who was in SHINee team shouted out to his former members, “I will defeat all Shinhwa members by myself!” and lead SHINee team.
Find out if Andy was able to take down Shinhwa on the June 9th episode of “Shinhwa Broadcast”.

[NEWS] “Shinhwa Broadcast” viewership ratings increase through Shinhwa vs SHINee

The meeting between new and old idols have once again boosted “Shinhwa’s Broadcast” viewership ratings.
The episode of “Shinhwa Broadcast” broadcasted on the 2nd on JTBC Channel, has created a viewership ratings of 1.274%. As compared to the previous episode on 25 May, the viewership ratings have rose 0.434% from 0.840%.
In that episode, SHINee appeared on the show as Shinhwa’s hoobae (juniors). Shinhwa and SHINee competed through various segments, attempting to snatch members to their team – causing an explosion of laughter.

Especially since Junjin and Minho were once both “Dream Team” members, their vaulting competition created an extremely tense atmosphere.
The Part 2 of Shinhwa and SHINee’s competition on “Shinhwa Broadcast” will be broadcasted on the 9th (May), 10:55PM (KST)

{NEWS}Vaulting horse: Shinhwa’s Jun Jin vs. SHINee’s Min Ho

Shinhwa’s Jun Jin and SHINee’s Min Ho recently competed against each other.
In the June 2 episode of JTBC’s Shinhwa Broadcast, group SHINee, who debuted 10 years later than Shinwha, will appear and show off their sense of humor.

Jun Jin and Min Ho were selected as captains of each group and competed against each other in vaulting a horse. Since the two stars have appeared on Go Dream Team as aces, the cast members couldn’t predict the outcome of the match.
Even though Jun Jin said that his body is not as good as it used to be, Min Ho, who learned how to vault a horse from a gymnast, remained more cautious.
Shin Hye Sung praised Jun Jin by saying, “I’ve never saw him vaulting a horse in real life but he’s really good.” The show will air on June 2 at 10:55 p.m.

On April 14th,KBS launched their annual four-day"Sharing Plus Festival" with a concert at Yeouido park.

In addtion to KBS,"Sharing Plus Festival" is co-run by Ministry of Health and Welfare.The festival aims to raise awareness and support the less fortunate by promoting volunteer work.

Performance from the opening ceremony on the 14th included SHINee,4minute,SISTAR, and SHINHWA.

{NEWS}Shinhwa unveils 10th studio album, "The Return"

After much anticipation, Shinhwa has released their 10th studio album, "The Return," on March 23rd! Shinhwa has been on hiatus for 4 years following their last album release in 2008, and the members began to enlist in the military to fulfill their 2-years mandatory services. The last member to be released was Lee Minwoo just a few weeks ago.
The special edition of "The Return," in which only 30,000 copies has been made available, includes a hard cover case with the new Shinhwa logo and an A4 size, 80-page photobook.
For "The Return," Shinhwa takes on the concept of a modern vampire and are dressed in nearly identical blood-red suits, black top hats, and silver decorated swords.
On March 24th, Shinhwa will celebrate their 14th anniversary debut together with fans with a concert, which is also set to be held on the 25th.

[News] Shinhwa’s concert will be attended by members from Girls’ Generation, SHINee, Wonder Girls and more

Legendary group Shinhwa will hold their comeback concert after the release of their album, and it turns out the concert will be attended by members of idol hoobae groups.
On March 21st, Shinhwa Company revealed, “Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany, SHINee‘s Key, Wonder Girls‘ Yubin, f(x)‘s Amber, Teen Top, and Stellar reserved tickets to attend Shinhwa’s concert.”
Much interest is gaining as idol attendees might also be able to encounter other sunbae idol groups who worked during the same period as Shinhwa.
Meanwhile, immediately after Shinhwa opened up the pre-sale their 10th album special edition, ‘The Return‘, 30,000 albums were sold in half a day. On March 24th to the 25th, Shinhwa will open their concert, ‘The Return’, to which 20,000 tickets were all sold out within 40 minutes.
Shinhwa relayed, “We are just very grateful. We are very thankful that we kept our promise to our fans and will do our best to not disappoint them.”
Shinhwa’s 10th album will be released on March 23rd.
