Recently, SHINee’s Tae Min confessed, “Sometimes I want to become a fisherman,” in Immortal Classics 2."
On April 21, KBS’s Immortal Classics 2 aired a special feature for the original “pretty boy” singer from the 70s-80s, Yoon Soo Il, celebrating his 35th anniversary as a singer.

Yoon is known as a hit maker and has been dearly loved by many fans for his excellent singing skills and passionate stage manners.
In the episode, the emcee Shin Dong Yup introduces SHINee’s Tae Min for his second appearance in the show by saying, “He is a unique man. He is a popular singer and has many fans, but at times he gets weirdly out of character saying he wants to be a fisherman.”

The cast of the show looks at each other and wonders who he is, and Tae Min confesses, “That’s me.” On seeing this, Ali agrees with him and says, “Tae Min is a fisherman, a fisher of men.” Tae Min gives a satisfied look after her comment.
Moon Hee Jun, on the other hand, inspires laughter by adding, “A fish has complimented on him.”
In this special feature for Yoon Soo Il, No Brain, Lyn, Sung Hoon, Ali, Lim Tae Kyung, and Tae Min reenact the great musician’s music in a refreshing way.

{NEWS+VIDEO} Taemin delivers a powerful performance on his final episode of 'Immortal Song 2'

Yesterday afternoon, SHINee‘s Taemin amazed the ‘Immortal Song 2‘ audience with another powerful performance.
On the April 21st episode of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Immortal Song 2′, Taemin, Im Taekyung, LYn, Ailee, ALi, No Brain, and Sung Hoon performed past hits of legendary vocalist Yoon Soo Il.

Taemin performed Yoon Soo Il’s “Wonderful Confession“, and came through with a fierce dance performance while coolly sporting a Yoon-Soo-Il-reminiscent studded leather jacket. Taemin took the stage by storm, showing off a charismatic and masculine side of himself. He broke into a complicated dance number in the middle of his set, delighting viewers.

“Your dance was impressive,” Yoon Soo Il remarked after watching him perform. “It was superb,” Singers backstage were also blown away by Taemin’s performance, and commented that they had goosebumps while watching his stage. “It was a stage that showcased everything that Taemin is good at,” they complimented while applauding.
MC Shin Dong Yup then asked Taemin to sing a little bit of trot for everyone, and Taemin willfully agreed. Taemin blazed through three rounds in a winning streak with a core of 375, but lost to Im Taekyung in the fourth round.
This will, regretfully, be Taemin's last episode of Immortal Song 2. SHINee arrived in Japan yesterday to prepare for their Japan Arena tour, which is set to begin on April 25th.

{NEWS} Taemin admits to being aware of his beauty on the latest episode of 'Immortal Song 2'

On the 14th broadcast of KBS-2TV's 'Immortal Song 2' SHINee taemin revealed one thoughts he had about his feminine beauty.
The most recent of KBS-2TV's "Immortal Song 2" episode was dedicated to legendary singer Hyun In ,who was  active in the mid-1900s. taemin sang one of Hyun In's hit tracks on tinth anniversary special of the show,belting out his own powerful rendition of classic song "Saving My Hubby" the song was originally released back in 1951.
The audiance was apperently surprised by his long hairstyle during the performance, which is a reproduction of the style shown SHINee "Sherlock" teaser photos .during an interview session ,taemin acknowledged,"I've had thought thas I was beautiful before", admitting his awareness towards his unique feminine appeal.

Patty Kim is jealous of SHINee’s Tae Min.
In the episode of KBS 2TV’s Immortal Song 2 – Patty Kim Special Part 2 that will air on March 31, Patty Kim says she’s jealous of Tae Min because he’s prettier than women.
Tae Min performs Patty Kim’s “Once the April is gone,” a song composer Kil Yoon Ok gave Kim to propose to her in 1966. Giving a great performance overall with the strings providing a melodic background, Tae Min makes Kim smile by showing a charismatic dance in the middle of his performance. After Tae Min’s performance, Kim praises him saying, “I didn’t know that he was good at singing. He’s really good.”
Kim also gets laughs saying, “I’m so mad because he’s prettier than me. He’s bad because he’s prettier than women.”
Tae Min’s performance, which captivates the legendary Patty Kim, can be seen on Immortal Song 2 – Patty Kim Special Part 2 on March 31 at 6:15 p.m.

SHINee’s Tae Min shows off charisma on ‘Immortal Song 2′

SHINee’s Tae Min will give a powerful and charismatic performance on a TV show.
Tae Min will appear in the second special episode about singer Kim Gun Mo of KBS’s Immortal Classics 2, which will air on March 17, to show off his charismatic charms as a manly man.
When Tae Min recently shot the show, he chose the song “Wrong Meeting,” which made Kim Gun Mo very popular. He rearranged the song with the faster beats than the original song and gave powerful performance.
A special guest appeared to support Tae Min’s performance and surprised the audience. The two people performed in perfect harmony.
In the first special episode about Kim Gun Mo of the show, which aired last week, Davichi’s Kang Min Kyun sang the song “Love is Going” and ranked first with 379 votes among 7 singers.

Taemin removed his hair extensions. I think he may change his hair after this recording, but he could have kept the hair extensions for their m/v.

Taemin and Im Taekyung become the first ever opponents to receive a tied score on Immortal Song 2

This is the first "Immortal Song 2" competition that resulted a tie among the participants.

Musical actor Im Taekyung and SHINee's Taemin have both garnered 376 votes with their individualistic performances for KBS2's "Immortal Song 2" broadcast.
To pay tribute to Park Chun Seok for his 2 year anniversary since his death, a special episode was broadcasted. On that day, the first performer was Im Taekyung. He chose An Dasong's "Seaside" and gave an explosive and clear vocal performance, which drew all the audience's attention to him.

The following (performer) was SHINee's Taemin. He performed Silver Bell Sister's "Mapo Terminal." He presented the song in a totally different style from the original song, which gave added spice and colour to his performance. It was quite an outstanding performance.

After both performances, the commentator Kang Hon noted, "I hear Park Chun Sok's voice and saw his music, at the same time being able to enjoy it". He also exuded praise saying, "Im Taekyung is good at keeping the original Western-feel on the stage, while Taemin added glamour to the originally humble tune and presented a charismatic performance. It is by far the most spectacular performance he has seen on Immortal Song 2.

Closely after the judge's comments, the two received 376 votes, which holds the record of having a tie.
This result surprised both Taemin and Im Taekyung which caused them to hug in gratitude.
In addition to Im Taekyung and Taemin's performance, Kang Minkyung, Park Jaebom, No Brain... etc. have also given great performances that received recognition and applause from the audience
