[TRANS]Girls' Generation Sooyoung and Seohyun mention SHINee in High Cut interview

Which girl or boy group catches your eye the most these days?
Sooyoung: I really don't know the new hoobaes well. When my sunbaenims used to say "I don't know who is who because there are so many," I would reply, "We all look different though." But now when I watch music programs, I really don't know them. SHINee is amazing, but they're so good that I don't think of them as hoobaes but rather as colleagues.

Sooyoung's Personal SM Best 10 : Which SM artist I think would best suit being a ____.
Drama writer: Jonghyun? Because he writes lyrics well. That's why I think he'd write dialogues sensibly.
Baseball pitcher: Minho? Because he's good at every sport.

Seohyun's Personal SM Best 10: Which SM artist I think would best suit being a ____.
Fashion designer: SHINee's Key. He's into fashion and I think he expresses himself really well through clothes. Picking out his birthday present was really hard.
NIS secret agent: SHINee's Minho. We're close friends, so I often talk about my problems with him. He's loyal, so he's trustworthy.

[NEWS]SM Entertainment to produce new audition program in Japan

SM Entertainment will be taking the audition boom to Japan and possibly the world, as it aims to join forces with Japan's TBS to launch an audition program in the country.

TBS recently announced through its official webpage that "SM Entertainment and Yoshimoto Kyogo's co-produced audition program Performance A will start airing from April 22."

Performance A will aim to dig up new talents across Asia to woo the world. Experts from Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Thailand, America, France and other countries will appear as judges, and contestants will be able to compete not only with song and dance but also other such talents as magic or comedy.

The show will also air in North America and Europe through the Yoshimoto Azio channel.

Officials have showed anticipation toward the show, saying it may cause a new international audition boom with SM, one of the main players in K-Pop, in the lead.

This is the first show to be produced by SM with another overseas agency and channel.

SHINee's Key, Girls' Generation (SNSD)'s Sooyoung, Super Junior's Sungmin, TVXQ (DBSK)'s Max Changmin and other singers signed with SM will be setting out to help the show.

[TRANS] SNSD’s Taeyeon and Seohyun mention Jonghyun and Minho in 4th album Thanks To

The following is an excerpt from Taeyeon’s Thanks To from SNSD’s 4th album “I Got A Boy” in which she mentions Jonghyun and Minho of SHINee. “As the years repeat, I grow closer to fish, dolphin, duck, cat, anchovy dad, yayesung,handsome Minho, song boyfriend Jonghyun, EXSuho, Swehun, and more. I’m always strong thanks to you guys.”

Seohyun displayed her close relationship with Minho in her Thanks To where she referred to him as, “My loyal friend,choding Choi Minho! keke” The term “choding” is a shortened version of “elementary school student” and often used to describe childish people.
